The Society of Archers will be held at
Phoenix Sport & Social Club,
Pavilion Lane (off Bawtry Road) Brinsworth, Rotherham, S60 5PA
on Saturday 20 May 2017
commencing at 10.00 of the clock in the forenoon

The Captain would be most grateful if competitors would return entry slips no later than 29 April 2017
Competitors must dress in accordance to The Rules
Rule 15. All Gentlemen taking Luncheon with the Captain and Lieutenant shall be required to wear a Jacket or Blazer and Tie or Cravat.
Note also that following Luncheon, all guests who have NOT shot in the Competition that day will berequired to retire
from the dining room whilst the Annual General Meeting takes place.
