Introduction
 Main index

Often decribed as 'The Daddy of all Sporting
Fixtures'; The Antient Silver Arrow, is the World's
oldest recorded and longest established sporting
event, dating back to 1673 and first shot for in
Scorton, North Yorkshire.

This year on the 17th May we celebrated our
300th Annual Recorded Tournament in the
Societies 336 year history, returning once again
to our home roots at Scorton Village for just the 15th time in our history.

We hope you enjoy looking through our Records,
which are reproduced here in celebration of our
historic traditions and dedicated to all our
honourable predecessors.
